Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Products
Refunds and exchanges are available for damaged or defective physical items (such as decks, books, or apparel).
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at gabriellatarot44@gmaail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Digital Products
All digital sales are final. This includes digital downloads such as eBooks, PDFs, or printable decks.
Because digital items are delivered instantly, we cannot issue refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Apparel
Apparel may be exchanged only if the wrong size or item was sent, or if the product is defective.
